- How much does the Shipping cost?

- Shipping and Handling fees are based on their destination. In the United State the Shipping and Handling costs are $9.99. Outside of United States the cost is $15.99

- What shipping methods do you use?

- For shipments in U.S., we use FEDEX, UPS ground service.
For overseas we use Yamato Transportation, FED-EX and UPS.

- I live outside the United States. Can I still place an order?

- Yes , you can place an order from outside the U.S. There may be exception for certain countries where there is trade embargo. We have no control over the shipment once it leaves the U.S. territory. We do not have resource to study and apply custom duty of each destination countries. We must rely on each customer to take care of custom issue, if needed.

- How long does it take for the package to arrive?

- Depending on your location, shipping times may vary from 7 to 14 business days. If there is an error in your address, the delivery time may be delayed, and there is a possibility that your package may be lost or returned to us. To prevent this from happening, please make sure that you enter the correct address information. Tracking information will be available once the shipment has been sent. Note: Delivery time may vary due to customs.

- The item I want to order is Out of Stock / Temporarily Out of Stock / Discontinued. Can I still place an order?

- When the status of an item is Out of Stock, it means that the item is not coming soon, or we are unsure of the date which it will be in stock. We do not recommend ordering at this time, as there is a possibility that the item will become discontinued, or we might decide to stop carrying the item.
- When the status of an item is Temporarily Out of Stock, the average waiting time for the item is 2 to 3 weeks. For Temporarily Out of Stock items, you can still place an order but your order status will show up as "Backordered". You will not be charged until the item is being shipped to you.

- Can I cancel or change an order I already placed?

- Since all our transactions are processed through the banks, it is difficult to make any changes once your order is placed and processed. Also please note, to insure 100% satisfaction to our customers, all our healing jewelry are custom designed and hand made.

| If you receive the wrong item or one that is damaged , please contact us immediately at info@iyashifusui.com .and enter DEFECT ITEM or WRONG ITEM within 24 hours. |

| To return an item(s), please take the following steps: |
- Please E-Mail us within 24 hours after you received the packages.
- We will send to you return form by e-mail.
- Please fill out the Return Form that is included in your shipment, listing the item(s) and the reason for the return.
- Please pack all items for return in a secure box sealed with tape and enclose the Return Form.

- Please use a reliable, traceable shipping method and provide sufficient postage.
- We will not accept C.O.D. packages and is not responsible for lost packages.
